The DC-DSP Filter is a Microsoft DirectShow audio filter which is built around the DC-DSP Components and which can process 8/16/24/32 bit integer PCM and 32 bit IEEE float audio data.
This filter is compatible with any 32-bit Windows operating system, except for NT, on condition that it uses DirectX 9 and above.
The DC-DSP Filter is a dynamic filter which allows you to use as many DSP filters as you need, in multiple instances.
The features of the DC-DSP Filter include: supporting up to 10 channels, exporting visualization and PCM data to any application, performing separate processing on each channel, saving each combination of filters into a preset, bitrate conversion, supporting different media types on each pin, and stream switching through IAMStreamSelect with Matroska, OGM and AVI language detection, among others.
The DSP filters provided by this tool are amplification, band pass, channel reordering, compressor, down mix, dynamic amplification, echo/delay, 10 band equalizer with presets (load/save), flanger, high pass, low pass, notch, parametric equalizer, phase invert, phaser, pitch scale, pitch shift, sound 3D (2 channels only), tempo, treble enhancer and true bass.
The DC-DSP Filter is extremely simple to use: when you open an audio or video file with your media player, you will be able to access the filter from the Filtergraph’s List. The Property Page will allow you to control the filter and adjust its options.
DC-DSP Filter bundles a very wide range of options that will help you process audio data from your favorite DirectShow media player. DC-DSP Filter has not been updated for a long time though, making it obsolete.

DC-DSP Filter 1.03
The filter works fine. Is able to be implemented very easily to apps, but I have a problem with playing MP3 and MPG files with music.
If I use the tool to change the speed i have sound which is distorted, or better said sounds like modulated in speed of 10 times /second.
Sounds like the sound is faster and slower and this changing 10 times / second
or faster
Any idea?
