Moonlight Scalar DirectShow Filter 1.03
Moonlight Scalar DirectShow Filter is able to resize, crop or blacken your video files.
At an incredibly small size of just 30KB, what Moonlight Scalar DirectShow Filter can achieve are simple, but otherwise important tasks:
- changing frame size (Nearest neighbour/Bilinear algorithms implemented),
- cutting frame part and deleting flicking stripes which appear at the top and the bottom of the frame because of bad encoding.
As a limitation, you need to know that you can’t use Moonlight Scalar with renderers downstream.
This application has not been developed anymore since 2004, but some users may still be interested in it. The last version had some major bugs fixed.
