Sharp G.726 Audio Codec 1.1.0.1
My video camera recorded a video clip to SD memory card. I copied the WMP video file to desktop and it won't play. I told me I needed to download and install the Sharp_G726_Audio_Codec, which I downloaded and installed. I restarted windows xp and attempted to reply the video. No dice same original message saying i needed a codec. Does anyone here have any suggestions of what to do next?

I installed it on Windows XP Pro SP2 (with all updates including betas) without any problems. Now I can view my ASF files from digital camera. Don't know why people complain.
Speaking about file "Codec45_JVCG726E.EXE" (MD5: 912C4413B118EEDA181A156D8F05D06F, E2K: 778BC9D946EF169A98F7DF0D80AECCC8).

Installer won't run. No errors, it just doesn't run. I'm on Win Server 2003 Enterprise with Windows Media Player 10.
From the comments of others, it seems like this codec will ONLY work on older OSes and/or older versions of WMP. Sharp should update this piece of code.
